Come usare il portale
Questa guida spiega come consultare gli appartamenti, verificare la disponibilita e inviare una richiesta di prenotazione.
1. Scegliere la lingua
In alto trovi i pulsanti IT, ES, EN e RU. Seleziona la lingua preferita: il portale la ricorda anche nelle pagine appartamento.
2. Consultare gli appartamenti
Dalla home entra nella sezione Appartamenti. Ogni scheda mostra nome, descrizione, foto, posti letto e caratteristiche principali.
Premi Apri scheda per vedere tutte le foto e il calendario del singolo appartamento.
3. Controllare il calendario
Il calendario mostra i giorni disponibili, richiesti o prenotati.
Libero: puoi inviare una richiesta.
Richiesto: qualcuno ha gia inviato una richiesta per quel periodo.
Prenotato: il periodo e confermato.
4. Inviare una richiesta
Compila il modulo con arrivo, partenza, nomi persone, email, prefisso, cellulare, numero persone e annotazioni.
Il sistema controlla automaticamente se il periodo e disponibile. Se le date sono occupate, appare un avviso.
5. Conferma della prenotazione
La richiesta non e una conferma automatica. L'amministratore controlla la disponibilita e, quando accetta, riceverai una email di conferma.
6. Prezzo
Il prezzo varia in base al numero di persone, al periodo e alla disponibilita. Inserisci le informazioni richieste per ricevere una conferma corretta.
7. Contatti
Per informazioni puoi usare il contatto WhatsApp indicato nel footer del sito.

Como usar el portal
Esta guia explica como consultar los apartamentos, verificar la disponibilidad y enviar una solicitud de reserva.
1. Elegir el idioma
En la parte superior estan los botones IT, ES, EN y RU. Selecciona tu idioma preferido: el portal lo recuerda tambien en las paginas de los apartamentos.
2. Consultar los apartamentos
Desde la pagina principal entra en la seccion Apartamentos. Cada ficha muestra nombre, descripcion, fotos, camas y caracteristicas principales.
Haz clic en Abrir ficha para ver todas las fotos y el calendario del apartamento.
3. Consultar el calendario
El calendario muestra los dias libres, solicitados o reservados.
Libre: puedes enviar una solicitud.
Solicitado: alguien ya ha enviado una solicitud para ese periodo.
Reservado: el periodo esta confirmado.
4. Enviar una solicitud
Completa el formulario con llegada, salida, nombres de las personas, email, prefijo, celular, numero de personas y notas.
El sistema comprueba automaticamente si el periodo esta disponible. Si las fechas estan ocupadas, aparece un aviso.
5. Confirmacion de la reserva
La solicitud no es una confirmacion automatica. El administrador verifica la disponibilidad y, cuando la acepta, recibiras un email de confirmacion.
6. Precio
El precio varia segun el numero de personas, el periodo y la disponibilidad. Introduce la informacion solicitada para recibir una confirmacion correcta.
7. Contactos
Para informacion puedes usar el contacto WhatsApp indicado en el pie de pagina del sitio.

How to use the portal
This guide explains how to view the apartments, check availability and send a booking request.
1. Choose your language
At the top you will find the IT, ES, EN and RU buttons. Choose your preferred language: the portal remembers it on apartment pages too.
2. View the apartments
From the home page, go to the Apartments section. Each card shows the name, description, photos, beds and main features.
Click Open details to see all photos and the calendar for that apartment.
3. Check the calendar
The calendar shows free, requested or booked days.
Free: you can send a request.
Requested: someone has already sent a request for that period.
Booked: the period is confirmed.
4. Send a request
Fill in the form with arrival, departure, guest names, email, prefix, mobile phone, number of people and notes.
The system automatically checks whether the period is available. If the dates are occupied, a warning is shown.
5. Booking confirmation
The request is not an automatic confirmation. The administrator checks availability and, when accepted, you will receive a confirmation email.
6. Price
The price varies according to the number of people, the period and availability. Enter the requested information to receive a correct confirmation.
7. Contacts
For information, use the WhatsApp contact shown in the website footer.

Как пользоваться порталом
Это руководство объясняет, как посмотреть апартаменты, проверить доступность и отправить запрос на бронирование.
1. Выберите язык
В верхней части сайта есть кнопки IT, ES, EN и RU. Выберите нужный язык: портал запомнит выбор и на страницах апартаментов.
2. Посмотрите апартаменты
На главной странице откройте раздел Апартаменты. В каждой карточке указаны название, описание, фотографии, спальные места и основные характеристики.
Нажмите Открыть описание, чтобы увидеть все фотографии и календарь конкретного апартамента.
3. Проверьте календарь
Календарь показывает свободные, запрошенные и забронированные дни.
Свободно: можно отправить запрос.
Запрошено: на этот период уже отправлен запрос.
Забронировано: период подтвержден.
4. Отправьте запрос
Заполните форму: заезд, выезд, имена гостей, email, код страны, мобильный телефон, количество гостей и примечания.
Система автоматически проверяет доступность периода. Если даты заняты, появится предупреждение.
5. Подтверждение бронирования
Запрос не является автоматическим подтверждением. Администратор проверяет доступность и после принятия запроса вы получите подтверждение по email.
6. Цена
Цена зависит от количества гостей, периода и доступности. Укажите все запрошенные данные, чтобы получить корректное подтверждение.
